"Being passionate about jewelry since I was a child, I have come to a simple realization: in order to buy jewelry that doesn't tarnish due to impeccable gold plating quality, it comes at a higher price. As a result, I have decided to focus on direct sales in order to make a genuine effort to offer competitive prices. Women want the freedom to change their jewelry as often as they change their outfits, and this can only be possible if the price is affordable.
It's a world I know by heart, as it has been my passion since childhood. I have collaborated with varius workshops and created my first collection of gold-plated jewelry. Everything unfolded rapidly from there. Through daily efforts in social media influence and partnerships, the brand's popularity soared".
Our raw materials are sourced by our suppliers as close to their origins as possible: brass components come from Asia, while gemstones like mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls, and agates are sourced from different countries such as China, Brazil, France, Philippines. The design and assembly processes take place in Paris while the 18-carat gold plating is done in Spain.
All our jewelry are coated with three layers of gold and is guaranteed to be lead, nickel and cadmium-free, ensuring impeccable quality. We take care to produce in a sustainable manner, in small quantities, and only reproduce a piece if it has been successful, thus avoiding overstock..
When the Atelier de Solène was established in 2017, with limited financial ressources, we collaborated with suppliers who had existing clients to help us select jewelry that aligned with our brand from their catalogs. We have chosen to retain some of these pieces that you still love.
Since 2018, our collections have expanded to include our own creations made by a Parisian assembly workshop, featuring gold-plated and exquisite gemstones. These designs now representing at least 80% of our collections. We are proud to offer you jewelry of impeccable quality at the right price.
L’Atelier de Solène is also committed to working with associations, particulary in the areas of children's rights and acces to education for all.
In July 2019, we launched a capsule collection of handmade bracelets for children, with all profits being donated to the association Pour un Sourire d'Enfants, which supports Cambodian children.
In 2020, on International Women's Rights Day, we organized a private sale in our shop to collect clothes that were then donated to the association Une Femme Un Toit. The initiative was so successful that we help a second private sale in September 2020, allowing us to provide school supplies to Vietnamese children sponsored by the Pousse-Pousse association.
