"Being passionate about jewellery since I was a child, I have established a very simple fact: to buy a jewel which does not oxidize thanks to an irreproachable quality of gold plating, we must put a consequent price there. I have therefore decided to favour direct sales in order to make a real effort on prices. Women want to be able to switch their jewellery as much as they vary their outfits, and this is only possible if the price allows it.
It's a world I knew by heart, my passion since I was a child. I met different workshops and produced my first gold-plated jewellery. Everything then happened so quickly. A daily work of influence and partnerships on social networks allowed the brand's notoriety to take off rapidly".
Our raw materials are sourced by our suppliers themselves as close as possible to their origin: brass prints come from Asia, while gemstones such as mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls and agates come from different countries (China, Brazil, France, Philippines...). The design and assembly are produced in Paris, while the 18 carat gold plating is made in Spain.
All our jewels are covered with 3 layers of gold, and are guaranteed lead, nickel and cadmium free, for an irreproachable quality. We take care to produce in a reasoned way, in small quantities, the jewel being reproduced only if it is successful, so we do not have any overstock..
When the Atelier de Solène was created in 2017, having few financial means, we turned to suppliers with other clients, to enable us to select jewellery in line with the brand among their catalogues. We have chosen to keep some of these jewels, which you still like..
Since 2018, our creations, made by a Parisian assembly workshop, also gold-plated and set with fine stones, have been added to these, representing today at least 80% of our collections. We are proud to be able to offer you today an irreproachable quality of jewellery at the right price.
L’Atelier de Solène is also committed to work with associations, in particular concerning children's rights and access to schooling for all.
A capsule collection of handmade bracelets for children was launched in July 2019, in order to donate all the profits to the association Pour un Sourire d'Enfants, which helps Cambodian children.
In 2020, on the occasion of the International Women's Rights Day, a solidarity private sale was organised in our shops to collect clothes which were then donated to the association Une Femme Un Toit. The operation was so successful that a second solidarity private sale was organised in September 2020, enabling us to offer school supplies to Vietnamese children sponsored by the Pousse-Pousse association.

For the past three years, L’Atelier has been growing day by day.
We are now working with different suppliers and workshops in order to subcontract production. We opened a store in Paris in January 2019 and one in Bordeaux in December 2019.
Our team, divided between Paris and Bordeaux, is also growing! We work every day to advise you on the choice of your jewellery, in shop or online, and regularly suggest new collections, timeless jewellery to accompany you on a daily basis.
“Thank you for contributing to the growth of our Atelier and this little girl's dream.”
Solène de Sallmard, founder of L’Atelier de Solène.
