Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry purchased in-store can only be exchanged or issued as store credit within 14 days, and cannot be refunded. 

For purchases made on our website, if you are not satisfied with an item, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. You may also return a ring to the Atelier in order to exchange it for another size. If an order also includes a free piece of jewelry obtained through a code or minimum purchase, the order cannot be refunded if the free jewelry is not returned.

Sale jewelry or jewelry purchased using any discount code, whether purchased online or in-store, cannot be exchanged, issued as store credit, or refunded. However, one exchange of an Atelier de Solène ring for another size is still possible.

Returns & exchanges are extended until January 10 of year N+1 for orders placed in December of year N. For refunds, the 14-day withdrawal period remains applicable.

Our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defect.

Between 1 and 3 years, repairs not covered by the warranty are only possible after the Atelier has confirmed that the issue was not caused by an impact from the customer (for example, a broken stone) or by use that could affect the quality of the jewelry (in particular, the use of corrosive products).

After 3 years, the Atelier will no longer accept the jewelry.

If you would like to request a repair, you can return the jewelry to us using this form.

Repair times:
• Standard repair (clasp, stone, etc.): 1 to 2 weeks.
• Replating: 1 week to 1 month.

Repairs not covered by the warranty:
• A broken clasp or chain: between €3 and €5.
• Setting one or more stones: an amount that may be up to half the price of the jewelry, depending on the difficulty of the work
• Replating: an amount that may be up to half the price of the jewelry, depending on the condition of the jewelry (this service is subject to approval by our workshops)


Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For returns sent from abroad, Atelier de Solène does not cover customs fees. You remain fully responsible for these shipments in the event of a problem or loss by the postal services.

Atelier de Solène can then process an exchange or issue a refund to your bank card within 14 days of receiving the return, provided that the following conditions are met.

As stated in our terms and conditions of sale, you will only be refunded or offered an exchange if the returned product has not been worn and is in its original condition. In addition, the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded or exchanged.
