The mention "3 microns" indicates the thickness of this gold layer, approximately three thousandths of a millimeter. The thicker the layer, the more durable and wear-resistant the jewelry.
3-micron gold plating - far superior to the 1-micron market standard (known as "fine gold plated") - ensures exceptional durability as well as resistance to oxidation and water.
We also use 18-karat gold, which refers to an alloy composed of 75% pure gold and 25% other metals (such as copper). Our goal is to offer high-quality, durable jewelry at a fair price! The brand therefore uses recycled gold for its plating to reduce its environmental impact, while maintaining impeccable gold quality.
In addition, the design and assembly are carried out in Paris, while the plating is done in Spain.
